• S&R Fire LLC is an FDNY licensed and approved fire alarm system installation, inspection, testing and servicing company in New York. Also authorized by FDNY to test and clean smoke detectors. S&R Fire LLC fully complies with FDNY administrative code and the RCNY regulations.
• S&R Fire LLC serves both residential and commercial buildings in New York and New Jersey. As the company continues to grow, we have expanded and also provide services in Florida as well.
• Once the fire alarm devices are installed, S&R Fire LLC schedules the fire alarm inspection with FDNY. Our technicians are present during the inspection to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• With a 90% rating for passing inspections, our customers are usually given a letter of recommendation by FDNY. In the event, the inspection was not passed, our team promptly works with the customer to rectify the issue, submit the correction of defects and request the letter of approval from FDNY.
• Upon completion of the inspection, each building is monitored 24/7. The building representative and FDNY are promptly notified if there is an alarm and/or FDNY is dispatched.
• In addition, as per FDNY code, S&R Fire LLC performs semi-annual and annual inspections: visual and functional tests. Our company also provides service calls and troubleshooting services.
